Terms and conditions

Access to and use of Haizea's tools implies acceptance of these terms.

Permitted use. The tools may be used for both personal and commercial purposes, free of charge and without usage limits. Using Haizea to process files for unlawful purposes is prohibited, including, among others, removing protection from documents without authorization from their legitimate owner.

Responsibility for the output. The user is solely responsible for verifying that the file produced by each tool meets their needs before using it. Haizea does not guarantee error-free processing, particularly for damaged, very large, or non-standard files.

Service availability. Haizea is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability. The owner may modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.

Third-party libraries. Haizea uses the following open-source libraries, whose licenses are fully respected: pdf-lib (MIT), pdf.js (Apache 2.0), JSZip (dual MIT/GPLv3, used under MIT), marked (MIT), js-beautify (MIT), qrcode (MIT) and diff-match-patch (Apache 2.0).

Changes to these terms. These terms may be updated; significant changes will be noted on this same page along with the last-updated date.
