In compliance with applicable regulations, this website ("Haizea") is a personal project operated by Unai Sereno, based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Álava (Spain), contact email usheridan@gmail.com.

Purpose. Haizea offers a set of free file-processing tools (PDF, image, text and various utilities) that run entirely in the user's browser, without the processed files ever being sent to or stored on any server.

Access conditions. Access to and use of Haizea is free and does not require registration. Using the site implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice.

Intellectual property. Haizea's own code, design, texts and graphic elements belong to its owner, except for the third-party open-source libraries used, which are distributed under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0 or equivalent), listed on the Terms and Conditions page.

Disclaimer regarding files. Since file processing happens exclusively on the user's device, Haizea's owner never has access to, stores, or can recover the files processed with these tools.

Governing law. These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of this site will be subject to the competent courts as applicable by law.
